Clean Cuts are Automatic. With the Automatic Gas Control, you simply tell the FineLine system what material you're cutting and how thick – or let your computer's serial port transmit the cutting parameters. The rest is automatic.

The AGC presets preflow, plasma and shielding gas pressures. And it ensures optimum cut quality by advising you what cutting speed/arc voltage to use. It also displays torch parts and numbers to tell you what consumables are needed. Finally, it monitors three-phase power, water coolant temperature and all other important parameters. So you get better cut pieces and less hassle.

A 100-ampere, 100% duty cycle, high current density plasma torch produces a narrower kerf, smaller diameter holes and more intricate cuts. It’s water cooled for a longer life, has a mild steel cutting range of 1mm to 20mm and works well on other metals.
