Twice the brawn. If you’re facing a heavy-duty job, the FineLine 200PC offers more than double the cut capacity of a 100-amp system. Cut 1” mild steel at 45 i.p.m., or anything ranging from gauge up to 2”. However you cut it, you get squarer edges, and clean, consistent parts.

With the Automatic Gas Control, you simply tell the FineLine system what material you’re cutting and how thick—or let your computer’s serial port transmit the cutting parameters. The rest is automatic. The AGC presets preflow, plasma and shielding-gas pressures. It ensures optimum cut quality by advising you what cutting speed and arc voltage to use. And it displays torch parts and numbers to tell you what consumables are needed. The AGC even monitors three-phase power, water-coolant temperature and all other important parameters. The result? Better cut pieces—and more of them—for less effort.
