Telephone help line and Internet support for customers
There will always be times when members of your engineering team need a quick answer to what they consider is a simple question. At Kerf, our service and support team understand this and, as a result, they are happy to offer help and advice where appropriate.
Kerf is able to provide online support and communicate with you and your equipment via the internet. This helps to save downtime when diagnosing issues that can occur with your machine tool or software systems; Even where online training is required.
Machine breakdown call out
Kerfs origins go back to the days when often machine tools were sold with little or no post-sales support for equipment. Machines could lie idle for days on end whilst spare parts and suitably trained engineers were sourced.
At Kerf you are dealing with a One Stop Shop. We supply and support a wide range of our own machines and are also happy to help customers who have bought equipment from other suppliers and who are struggling to get the level of post-sales support that they require.
Whilst we do not hold spares for all machines in use, we will however, do our best to help out where we can on a ‘best endeavours’ basis.
To get the most out of CNC profiling equipment, we believe that regular scheduled servicing is a must. Whenever you care for a machine the right way, you increase the life and productivity of it. At Kerf, our range of machines, when serviced in accordance with our guidelines, provides users with the best possible levels of reliability.
A well maintained Kerf machine tool will produce better quality components and extend consumable life. Hence, It will help to keep your production costs down.
